Everyone brought a block up to the top of the Carrington Ridge neighborhood. Every exercise earned you points, and there were double bonus points opportunities! The totally fair scoring system was:
- Burpees – 3 points each. Bonus at 17 Burpees or 51 points, your score was doubled to 102.
- Mericans – 2 points each. Bonus at 60 / 120
- OH Press – 1 / bonus at 75 / 150
- Curls – 1 / 100 / 200
- Bent over rows – 1 / 125 / 250
- LBCs – 1 / 150 / 300
- Run to the next neighborhood down the hill to the left and up to the highest point in it and back – 125 points (!) / bonus after 3 laps or 375 points / 750
- All Pax were to hit all the bonuses to get to 1,992 points.
- From there it was Pax choice to hit 2,500 points
Moleskin:
- We continue to lift up our friend Ultraman.
- We are thankful for every day that The Force and Burgoo get with their Moms.
- Zare can still dunk.
- Burning Bush got extra points and won today’s prize. Unfortunately he didn’t show up to NY Bagel to claim his prize. 🤷♂️
- Frogger and Calypso doubled down with some running before. Rodeo rucked. Nice work gents.
- Great to meet Fast Pitch today. Coincidentally he is also a fast runner.
- Frogger crushed the hills today with YHC. Appreciate the support bud.
