A TPR Backblast


Last week YHC learned of the “Last Seen” list so the main purpose of this post is to clear several of TPR’s finest from said list…

The Thang

  • Warm up – Standard warm up stuff
  • Act 1 – CVS Loop (Hyster’s favorite) – 20 merkins at the Library, raccoon crawl the wall next to CVS, 20 LBC at Main St. Repeat x 3
  • Act 2 – Partner up at DUMC with a sandbag and paver – Curls x 12IC (switch bag and paver), squat press x 12 IC (switch), bent over row x 12 IC. Intermission 1 – Paver Pass (from plank position slide paver the width of a parking spot to partner) x 10 IC. Repeat arm work exercises. Intermission 2 – sandbag over/under line (2 teams) to the dumpsters plus H2H, low flutter and Dolly at dumpsters. Back to pavers for another round of arms. Intermission 3 – another round of paver pass. Final set of arms. Crawl bear up stairs for more Mary in the courtyard.
