12 of F3 Isotope's fastest took on the second edition of FKT and it was gloriously awful. YHC has been toying with the idea of this workout for a while but couldn't quite find the right place to work it in. With the launch of FKT, this seemed like the perfect place to give it a go. In honor of the Masters kicking off this week, i decided that this may be a tradition unlike any other. Here's how it went down
YHC, Auto, PopTart and Frodo met the standard for 3 miles
0530 quick circle up for instructions and off we go

Long loop around the lot and head over to the golf course. Stop at every tee box for incremental burpees!
Hole 1 = 2
Hole 2 = 4
all the way up to Hole 9 for 18 burpees.
Meet in the golf course parking lot where YHC congratulated the PAX on completing 90 burpees (instant groans.. it's like they knew). Who shows up for 90 burpees?!?!

Back to Birkdale Landing for some Mary…but wait.. YHC forgot.. runners hate Mary.. 2 more laps around the lot for no apparent reason.

- 100 burpees and just over 4 miles in 45 minutes is just what Isotope needs. Strong work today by all
- Great to see another big group out today. Invigorating LKN one Tuesday at a time!
- We did BC's weird Boat/Canoe thing again. This time with added hand motions. It somehow became a partner exercise.
- Smokey and Anchovy were closest to BC. Not sure what happened but both had big smiles and the 3 of them were taking selfies at the end
- Enron and Slingshot are FKT regulars
- The GBs are back on Cherry Bombs good side
- Frodo had the FKT for today's workout.. as usual
- We missed our MQ but I have a feeling he would have enjoyed today's workout
- Next week is the inagural FKT Vern with Auto at the helm
