11 men launched from Discovery Place Kids to explore the Greenway and all it has to offer. Rocket was a few minutes late and spent the majority of the time running around with his kettlebell trying to find us. He tried all of the usual places before finally unloading his bell and running down the Greenway.
We stopped at various points along the way to sprinkle in a little pain of the kettlebell variety.
