Holiday started us off with a quick thanks to all who supported him over the last few months. He spent the last 8 weeks up in Philadelphia, taking care of his mom.

Thanks to MacBeth for the suggestion to move the circle. Asses and elbows was it? It turned into 10 burpees to start the warm up…
This workout looks easy on paper, but it's a smoker toward the end, especially considering the humidity. Hope everyone enjoyed it. Nice work by Macbeth and The Force getting in extra reps.
During the mobility minute, Holiday related a few stories about his mom. We found out that he was a soccer goalie, his former coach had a happenin' Nova, and more importantly what a great person his mom was. Thanks for sharing these important memories.
