Partner up, Amrap with one using block, other running around parking lot, switch. Curls, skull crushers, lawn mowers, chest press with low flutter, sit ups.
Farmers carry-partner one 15 merkins catch up to partner and switch. 2 turns each. End up at playground for pull ups (5) and sit-ups (10), 4 rounds.
Farmer carry with partner back to start, partner 1 carry, partner 2 burpees 5 and catch partner-2 rounds each.
