Quick Warmarama

  • SSH
  • cotton pickers

Each PAX finds a pair of KB's waiting to be used:

  • 10 one armed Snatch's right arm
  • 10 one armed Snatch's left arm
  • 12 burpees
  • 10 Thrusters with KB in each hand (squat to overhead press with 2 KB's)
  • Spint 200 yards, mosey back
  • 20 Mountain climbers (right toe to Right palm and left toe to left palm) 
  • REPEAT 3 TIMES

Mosey to Pull up forest

  • 5 Dead Hang Pull ups
  • 30 Merkins 
  • 5 Toes to Bar
  • Sprint about 150-200 yards
  • 15 V-Ups
  • Sprint Back
  • 5 Dead Hang PUll ups
  • 20 Merkins
  • 5 toes to bar
  • 20 Low flutters IC
  • Sprint 150-200 yards
  • 20 Real Time Mountain Climbers (as noted above)
  • Sprint Back to pull up forest
  • 5 Dead Hang PUll Ups
  • 20 Merkins 
  • 5 toes to bar
  • Planks
  • Sprint 150-200 yards 
  • Mosey back toward back of chuch
  • BAM BAM's to 7 Count (not fun)
  • Mosey to KB's
  • 10 Mason Twists with KB
  • 15 V-Ups with KB
  • Recover Recover

Moleskin:

  1. YHC forget to pick up Overbudget today, sorry, but he made it without me!
  2. by the time we started Bam Bam's, many reminding me time was almost up and we had to get the KB's back to their home
  3. I love this AO, so much to work with and plenty of room to roam, if you haven't been or have not been the Q here, I encourage you to check it out
  4. Not a lot of chatter out there, but i think a lot of suck…nice cool morning and still got our sweat on
