I knew i wanted to add the logs to today's workout but had no idea how many Pax would show. Lucklily, we were dead on with 11 logs & Pax, and so the workout was a go. Here is what happened:

Grab a log and Zamperini to the cars
Drop the logs for 1 legged Burpees 5 each legLog Curls while walking to the first lot where we put the logs down again to mosey to the stairs
Bear crawl up stairs

Run back down
Plank Crawl left up stairs

Run back down
Plank Crawl right up stairs
5 lunges each leg OYO

Stop mid-wall for wall mobility which consisted of calf stretches, back stretches, and a wall downward dog
Sit on wall for what is now known as the sketchy dip (thanks Etch)
Mosey back to the logs where we switched logs and then Zamperini back to the top of the lot, and across to the pull-up bars. At this point some Pax tried rolling the logs. Luckily, all Pax avoided further injury

It was a rowdy group today and they were not immediate fans of the base of this workout from 2018. However, they got inline eventually (more or less).
Blackbeard showed the vertical leap of a pirate with sea legs as he tried to knock Crocs log out of his hands. It was awe inspiring.
Titan may be a bowler as his form was impeccable when rolling his log today.
Carpet bagger showed perfect form on the toe ups today – well done.
Honeysuckle quietly destroys everything you throw his way. Great work.
Diehard is another who never flinches from the work and was even throwing his log around near the end. Frontier is back and getting stronger despite the troublesome back.
Etch came up with the great new Sketchy Dip name.
Crocs averted a pirate attack by simply lifting his log higher in the air, good timing and execution.
Rocket gets a special thanks as he is responsible for all the new toys at the AO. If you received any splinters, you can thank him as well.
