Five of the 28216's finest made it out on an extremely pleasant morning (even with some precipitation), to enjoy a full serving of Ab leftovers.

Workout liberally borrowed from Arizona one a few months ago (which was borrowed from an El Tigre workout prior to that). Pax confidence in the Q heightened when he had to ask Arizona to demonstrate some of these exercises
-
Toy Soldier renamed “the Rockettes” in honor of Pompi family pilgrimage to the Radio City Music Spectacular. Nothing demonstrates the spirit of Christmas better than seeing a live nativity (camels were in the house) on the Radio City stage that was jam pack full of wise men, frankincense and myrrh and a swaddled Baby Jesus….and then having the Rockettes prance across the front of the stage with the eye-high leg kick in perfect unison. Just like it was at the first Christmas.
-
Potential conflicting messages between the spirit of Eating Season and advising Pax to do push-aways from the table. The key is moderation
-
Pax gaydar triggered twice on both the “Side Plank Hip Lifts” (you are doing it incorrectly if you can only feel it in your forearm) and the “Oblique v-ups” (some resembled more like an oblong v-up)
-
Grip balloon was at full exhalation mode during the windshield wipers (thought there may be a Grip version 1.0 newborn addition after that one)
-
People’s chair may been inspired by the Chinese Red Army
-
Q is a man who needs some yogi assistance with getting into the proper form during certain “Deep Stretch” poses

The band R.E.M. is from Athens, Georgia. Apparently that is where “Shiny, Happy People” are from

Great work men!
