- What a morning for a workout! Sure beats the cooler weather of the previous Wednesdays!
- Slow Roll gets extra credit this am getting 2.5 miles in before the workout.
- However Slow Roll quickly loses credibility by complaining about the music. Grip without hesistation states that you don't have the right to complain if you show up late to a workout. Grip gets to pick the music today, LOL!
- Abs are definitely going to be feeling it after this workout!
