Abs + Heart + Lungs = Mad Scientist


The Count and I met for a fast paced Standard run at 5:00am

We need to get Co-Ed and Forest to register on this site

The PAX assembled and at 5:30am, we ran to the top of the deck and down the stairs. We ran to the tennis courts. On the way, I discovered Auto was nursing an injury and "running" wasn't going to be helpful to him. So I had to adjust the plan I was making up along the way. We focused on Abs.

LBC – 1 minute then run to court 2 and do 10 merkins

Low flutter – 1 minute, then run to court 3 and do 10 merkins

Partner 1 minute sit ups (flap jack)

The PAX left the tennis courts and moseyed to the elementary school basketball courts

Partner 1 — Dying cockroach, while parter 2 runs to the other side of the court and back

Repeato twice

The PAX left the basketball court and ran to the parking lot of the park (across the street) where we did more Ab exercises. I started calling on other guys to lead exercises.

We left that parking lot and ran back to the parking deck.

We did 2 ab exercises, then sprinted down a level and back up. Repeato until everyone got to call out an exercise and lead the cadance. Even Co-Ed (4th post) stepped up and Q'd the merkin count. Great job and awesome to meet you today. Thank you, Auto, for brining Co-Ed to F3.
