Last night, I pondered where I might go for a workout that would end in coffee (since many bankers live in our midst and CMS has Presidents' Day as a holiday) and looked for a preblast for Titan. Seeing none and also an opening on the calendar, I selfishly signed up for the spot with absolutely no plan in mind.

Noting several questions right after regarding "where is Titan now" (answer, look on the website) and "where is coffee" (S2K), I prepared for my workout by setting my alarm and getting a quality night's sleep so I could arrive on time.

Realize this; I am never on time. The best way to make sure I don't miss the launch is to start the workout myself. 

So I did and 4 other pax reluctantly joined me.

I then asked for directions to the lake – make a left and keep going was the response. We did that and stopped for some jackknife LBCs X 10 per leg before we arrived to the entrance to the water area.

Dips X 20, then into the dark shelter. We kept the lights off for obvious reasons, and knocked out feelings X 10 and another round of jackknife LBCs X 10. I needed to see the water for myself so we went to the "shore" for Merkins in the Moonlight (MIM) X 10. Then we left with some more dips OYO.

I asked about whether the street would loop us back to the launch point and was assured it would, and then found a nice little spot for some 2 Corners fun. If it's just up and down a hill, is it really a corner?

Up the hill – 10 squats, 10 merkins

Down the hill – Jackknife LBCs X 5, Touch them Heels X 10.

then an Almost Repeato, but instead of Touch Them Heels, it was replaced with the Century (club) – pulse 100 times while in prone position.

Jailbreak/slow mosey back to the pool for a forward rest position, then around the pax. Every one had one but I forgot what they are.

Recover recover and on to coffee/work.

Moleskine:

1. Abs exercises were plentiful – they create pressure on the upper diaphragm, which may cause slight releases in that pressure. I heard a lot of that release.

2. SIGN UP FOR THE OPEN SPOTS TO LEAD AT THIS AO.

3. There may have been a run launched at this spot after we left. We were of single intention and that was coffee and 2nd F at Main Street.

4. This was my first Q of 2022 and I was told I only had 9 more to go – ok
