My inspiration for tomorrow's 0515 AES workout is ACDC. Loved this band when I was growing up and heard it on the radio last weekend. I instantly thought of "Hell's Bells" and "Highway to Hell" as two of my favorites. But in this case, we need an F3 twist.
As the #pb suggests, there will be hills involved. This will also be a up-and-down ladder-style workout so reps will run something like 5-10-15-20-15-10-5.
NOTE: If we get more Bears than Gazelles we may change gears and do more of a close quarters ladder-style workout. Don't want our Bears dropping on the street!!
