Been complaining about all the stretching needed for the my sore Achilles, so Omaha asked if I'd Q Stretch Armstrong with my Achilles stretch routine. Today was the day – 7 different leg stretches with flip flop & 30 sec hold – repeato – repeato. Followed by wall leg stretch 2 min
Omaha called the stretch for the final 10 min. (Way too much balancing required – as Toxic commented observing the older group on the other side of the circle)
