A perfect spring morning for a workout, 60 degrees and no rain.
This was only my 2nd ever Q at the General and happy to be back.

Warm Up: Jog down the parking lot past the flag and circled up.
– SSH x 15
– Long Snapper x 15
– Plank to pigeon, both legs.
– Merkins x 20
– Toy Solder x 15
The Thing
Jogged back to where we started and grabbed some 6"x6" pavers from my jeep alone with a jump rope. In honor of Easter, I thought some hopping in place was called for.
Jogged over to the flag at half-mast and paid our respect with the pledge of the allegiance. Then head back to the lower parking lot under the lights.
– Curls with pavers x 18
– Shoulder presses x 20
– Squats x 14
– Merkins x 16
– Jumped rope for a bit, if you messed up with the rope it cost you a burpee. Moses just never messed up, but I sure did.
Repeato (the # of reps were all of the place)
Jogged over to the hand rails by the playground
– Australian Pull ups x 12
– Incline Merkins x 14
Repeato (I can't remember reps as I did what I felt like)
Found some benches (dam if they were not high)
– 10 step up each leg
– Dips x 15

Back to ropes and pavers (Switch to Twisted Sister station)
– Jump rope with burpee penalty

– More Curls
– More Shoulder presses
– Shoulder raises to the side x 7
– Shoulder raises to front times x 7
– 5 Burpees
– Squats with blocks x 20
Back to the start for Mary:
– Regular crunches x 15
– Touch Them Heels x 10
– Knees to chin x 12 (not sure if this one had a name, Moses was trying to come up with one, but nothing was really any good LOL)

– Plank for 30 sec.
Moleskin:
Thank you to the crew for letting me lead today. From all the chatter I don't know if it was hard enough, I am that much out of shape or you guys are just in that much better. At the end my handy apple watch said that I burned 571 calories which is all I am looking for on my weight loss journey. In 40 days, I logged 38 workouts and dropped 16.4 pounds (thank you Moses for the coffee). I had a body fat analyzer with me but no one was wanting to see. Last I checked I was at 22.5%, to much for my liking.
Tuffy/Deep Dish/Hat Trick – We have been hitting a lot of the same workouts as of late (now that I am posting more) so I was glad to see you today. I think my 2nd post with Moses (now 3rd as he Q Bailey Park Rd this AM). Clean Up – excited to have a new face join us and looking forward to more work outs with you.
*Disclaimer – My recount of the workout was 82% accurate as I always seem to make it up as I go. No need to challenge with replay as I will lose.
