  1. Split pax in half – 1st half does people’s chair with air presses while other half completes a backwards 400M

  2. First half does 25 hands up merkins 2nd does AMRAP squats #notjumpingspidermerkins

  3. First half does lunge walk to 100M and mosey back while second half does AMRAP crunches

  4. First half does bear crawl to 100M turn one and mosey back while second half does AMRAP monkey humpers #grumblegrumble

  5. First half 25 Low plank to high plank 2nd does high knees until they complete

  6. First Half does 400M halleluiah 2nd hold plank till complete

    Out of time, scale fence and mosey back to warm-up.

  • From time to time I get into a bit of a funk with work, you know the monotony with the 9-5.  Always work regardless of what you do as you are working directly for the Lord, giving your all regardless of the task. We do this for our workouts (most times) knowing we are improving, does this apply to other aspects of our lives (parenting, volunteering, honey do list)?

  • Lots of grief for QIC this morning
  • Welcome FNG Brett Watson – EH’d by Closer #noshow, Father of 2 girls, few hobbies actually a native of Charlotte and grew up near ShuffleTown so we dub thee Shuffle. Welcome and solid showing for Day 1 !
