Seven men put their best foot forward on a Saturday morning at the Quarry Hood in response to the directive that there shan’t be any half steppin’. Based on an unscientific and imprecise observation of the Pax, happy to report of all of the steps that were made, most if not all were made in full

The Thang
Tour of Riverbend. Mosey to “the Sac” (i.e., cul de sac entertainment district for those outside of Riverbend and not in the know) that has a hill on it for some Ladder 8’s.
Do one exercise at bottom of hill and then do the the other exercise at each mailbox on the right going up the hill. The total reps in a set always equal 8.
First set has 7 reps of one exercise at bottom and 1 rep of the other exercise at first mailbox up the hill; second set has 6 reps at bottom and 2 reps at the second mailbox up the hill. Repeato, etc. etc.

Good to see the new guys out in front during the sets

You guys really seem to include a lot of dick comments during your workouts

Twister is back in the rotation after some surgery. Since he hit his deductible last year and specific details may have been lacking, we believe that he went in for a dual procedure that included an ankle reduction was well as some sort of pump being implanted in a different and more sensitive region. Good to see him on the mend and back in action

It’s rare when you get have an opportunity to meet an Olympic gold medalist. It’s even rarer when the event is curling

Twister celebrates his one year F3-anniversary tomorrow. Great job!

We covered a total of 3 miles today with an elevation gain of 305 feet. Strong showing and no half steps

Upon further review, the “Encino Man” name moniker was already taken for Matt Campbell, so we have audibled to “Tool Time” since he resembles Tim the Toolman Taylor’s helper Al, and also sells cabinets to Lowe’s. Per the attached picture, the resemblance is striking

Great work men!
