NOTE: Thing 2 and High Heels are not in listed in the Pax (not on WS) and FNG was yet to be named, but……….wait for it.
Six gathered in the gloom to partake in the usual and customary #machoman beatdown. It was made known to the pax that High Heels was in from Knoxville, and joining us as a remote member of F3. However, he is attending to some BIH-ness down at the IR plant in TPROD. Gooddell took off on a run, and smoked some 5 plus miles and met us in the COT. London Whale was the sole #thestandard'er prior to joining us. Well now, let's see what we did.
Warm Ups (IC): Mozy, SSH 20, CDD, 15, Squat IST's 15, Mericans 10, SDS 15, Toy Soldiers 10
Mozy to curbs-20 calf raises each leg, 10 hand clap pushups-repeato x2 with short runs in between.
COP- 1/4 turn jump squats 10, CDD's 15, Heal Slappers 20 (all IC)
Mozy to picnic tables-Dips 10 IC, Inclines 10 IC, Dips 10 IC,10 step ups each leg, Dips 10 IC, 5 step ups each leg.
Mozy to back of Y, grab tire. Pair up- 2 men flip tire and do 7 LBC's, rinse and repeato to far side. Come back with one man flipping tire and then doing 12 CDD's, back out with single man flips and 20 low flutters, back home with 1 man flips and 10 squats. Return tire.
Grab a bag (size 2,3 or 4). Pyramid 10,8,6 of curls and skull crushers in succession. Then MIL Press the bag until you can't any longer, return bags.
Mozy to parking lot, lunge to far curb, walk, then Mozy to:
Mary (IC)- LBC's 20, Freddie Merc's 10. Recover, recover.

-This was a special morning. NOT ONLY did we have a 2nd post FNG outta Penske, EH'd by Finger Lickin Good, who astutely fartsacked while his racing metrologist friend joined us in the gloom, then was slapped with an alarmingly delicate nickname. Justin is from Fort Lauderdale, and is involved in 'racing metrics'…….measuring things for Penske. With that said, going back to the beach theme, London came up with Bikini Wax. Noting this type of procedure has to be done within millimeters of 'special' areas, and around curves. When asked if Justin has to deal with curves with HIS work, his response was, "measuring around curves is a big part of my work". Well, there you have it. Bikini Wax it is!
-VISITOR- High Heels, who does have a hospital name (which you will not see in this BB) visited us from Knoxville, TN, stood proud, CHOSE the right size sandbag, AND noted he had many choices for him to work out in the area. I think we ALL know why the Quien es mas #machoman locale was chosen……no? (spoken with the right lip and nostril slighly elevated).
-There are no bag sizes, none that I know if. However, in an effort to confuse High Heels and FNG, the Q called out specific bag sizes for the curls and skullcrushers, only to have none other than LW question the Q as to where on the bags the sizes were written……..geeezzzz.
-I am not sure what defines a Kotter, but it was great to see Lomax and Thing 2 back in action on this cool Monday morning.
-The above #BB is probably 90-95% correct, as I can't remember the specifics due to my early onset Alzheimers, lack of writing it down, waiting too long to post the #BB, or a combination of any of the previous three!
-London Whale is to thank as we diverted to a few extra pain stations due to his noting there was 'too much running', touché.
-Finger Lickin Good, thanks for lending me the keys. I didn't rev her too hard, but we were able to put the gas down a little bit, get into the upper gears, and test the brakes. The propulsion was solid, curves were good, and skidpad results… excellent.
