Ain’t that a Shame – by Fat’s Domino?? It was supposed to be Cheap Trick. Aside from that slight hiccup, 8 warriors and YHC listened to some good classic rock, even if it was a bit heavy on the Guns N Roses for a 36 minute Tabata – 45 seconds on followed by a 15 second rest.
Amen and Peart Plus were running a Standard when YHC arrived!

- Plank, which morphed into J-Lo’s to the beat of the music
Five minutes left for Mary with an Imaginary Rope! We took turns pretending to use The Force’s … big, long, thick, black … rope while each Pax called out a Mary exercise. Since we switched to a Disco playlist for Mary, the imaginary rope usage let the Pax show off their best disco dance moves. I hope there weren’t any cameras around.
