First of all, Mr. Jenkins, you are not on here so I can't put your name in. And you probably can't read this, so I don't know what we are going to do to fix this but good luck! I will now call you FNG 1.
So, lets get right to it.
Several people ran the standard. Those include Calypso, who ran the whole workout and showed up for mary.
Qbert, Rocket, M Rocket and maybe some others.
0530 we warmed up around the very large parking lot
then pt test, 2 min pushup
2 min sit up
2 min run
2 min pull up
Some of that is not in the army pt test but i'm not in the army so Improvisations!!!
Then we headed down for some sitting on walls and touching of heels, then we did various exersies while guys tried to make a shot at the basketball goal and then we did mary.
And all around grand adventure in the LFC.
Moleskin:
Rocket cant shoot and really can't even catch the ball.
Jorts was not wearing jorts
Kingfish is really good at Situps
Jolly is not
Qbert is really good at pushups
the guys who stood up for the last min and shall remain nameless are not
not many of us are good at pullups.
Master Po while quiet, packs the house! Tclaps
Caboose can shoot, most everybody else can't (including me).
And last but not least, we made sure to plan out our 2018 event schedule.
