The Thang:
Run East down Gilead to the Vet's Park to Caboose's Cabooee (Look don't touch). Squats and then Irkins on the stairs followed by dips. Bear crawl to each lamp post across the lawn stopping for an exercise at each. Star Jumps, Monkey Humpers, Something Else. Lunge walk back. More Irkins and Dips. Last look at Caboose's Caboose.
Run back West down Gilead Indian Style. Bad idea, a lot of traffic busted up sidewalk. Audible regular run. Head to the elementary school. Grab a picnic bench 30 Step ups alternating. Over to the tree stump for time bomb irkins and dirkens.
Over to the bus parking area to paint the big long bus lines, burpees at each baseline.
