All workouts need a DJ

9 time travelers decided to follow me down memory lane of my first ever F3 workout.  This is what went down:

Warmorama:

  • SSH X 25 IC

The Thang:

The first thought was to break into 4 small groups and each start @ a station rotating to the next station after completion, but with only 9 guys we decided to audible and stay together. Once you finish up @ Station 4, return to Station 1 and repeato.  Not sure the final count, but I think it was between 4-5 rounds for 35 minutes(all exercises OYO).

Station 1 – Patio Wall

  • Wall Jumps 15X
  • Dips 15X
  • Run to field

Station 2 – Field

  • Broad Jump Burpees from light pole to light pole (approximately 20 yards)
  • Bear Crawl back
  • Run to bottom level of parking deck

Station 3 – Bottom Level of Parking Deck

  • Jump Squats X 15
  • Mericans X 15
  • Run up to the top of the parking deck

Station 4 – Top Level of Parking Deck

Moleskin:

Great job by all this morning, I enjoyed the fellowship.  The Mad Scientist was my first ever post as an FNG before I was given the name Eeyore (thanks for that Moses).  This being my first Q at Mad Scientist, I thought what better way to remember back to first post 3-1/2 years ago was to complete the same workout(power stations) laid out by Two Buck Chuck.  I’d have to say it was much easier the second go around, but it still wasn’t easy.  Thanks to Jimmy O for giving me the opportunity to lead such a fine group of men, it was truthfully an honor.  Thanks again for all those that came out this morning…..you guys killed it.   Until the next time we meet…….E
