The day prior, Estwing let me know an FNG would be coming out. So naturally, YHC had to put some thought in creating something just hard enough to push a new guy without dragging him. Here's what we did.

Mosey around the school to the bus lot.
- SSH x 30 IC
- Hillbillies x 15 IC
- Slow Squat x 10 IC
- Carrot puller x 10 IC
- Merkin x 10 IC
- Mountain Climber x 15 IC
The Thang
Mosey back to the main parking lot. Partner Up.
Dora
- 100 Merkins
- 200 Lunges
- 300 Plank Jacks
Then we did some group exercises.
- Run to the white car. 5 burpees OYO. Run back.
- Run to the cones. 10 merkins. Run to white car. 5 burpees. Run back.
- Run to the next island. 15 jump squats. 10 merkins at the cones. 5 burpees at the car. run back.
Run to the field.

- Run even faster.
- Run slow.
- Sprint.

Mary
- Dead Bug x 10 IC
- Reverse crunch x 10 IC
- Pretzel crunch x 10 IC (each side)
- Elbow plank 1 minute

Moleskine
- Breakfast Club was running fast this morning. Breakfast Club did not like burpees. Breakfast Club was disappointed in the Q when crawls were called on wet grass. Sorry BC – I'll do better next time.
- Flo really wants someone to go swimming with him. Wednesdays and Fridays at 0630 at the Macaulay Pool.
- Pit Stop loves waking up early. But not as much as he loves calf raises. Much disappointment was had when no calf raises were called.
- Roadie's hair is magnificent as ever.
- Estwing's FNG crushed it. Hoping he comes back for a 2nd post to get a super sweet nickname (though Estwing's track record hasn't been great here).
- POS continues to post and crush it despite being named POS (damn it Estwing).
Everyone did a great job and pushed it to their fullest capacity. That's all a Q can ask for. We covered a little over 2 miles today and got all the fitness. Thanks to Estwing for the opportunity to Q. Until next time – CB
