We ran the ran the rough, did 100 Mericans, some core and squats, a few burpees, picked up the six, almost stepped on a copperhead & learned some alternative snake bite treatments. All in all it was a great day at the Wilderness!

Is run the rough still the same as when Ruffles did it where you do an exercise at each side road in the way to Gilead and back? That used to be one of my favorite exercises. Good workout and good fellowship.

That’s the one. Though I made it so those who arrived at the street before the six had a choice of either doing burpees until everyone arrived. Or, running back to pick up the six. It kept everyone together.
