Next person up calls exercise AMRAP- PAX choice we did various exercises from curls to burners to glut bridge etc. This is where we had issues. Apparantly some do not know what AMRAP means as multiple excercises were called in cadence by PAX. After first round we ran lap then back to blocks for round two. Again PAX choice but the timer was 5 flips down and back.
