YHC grabbed the Q from Metrodog, who was feeling not so well a couple days before. Glad to hear he is feeling better.

Q Fail Indian run around parking lot (long lap) then to bus lot. 25# kb and a 10# medicine ball were intedend to be passed along during the run, however it never made sense how to leverage both during the run. Thus, we all (most) shared the weight. 

The Thang

A station was placed at each column (listed below). The AMRAP part: 3 sets lasting 1:20 each with 20sec breaks before rotation. Each Pax will have enough time to complete all 3 sets prior to time running out for the morning. 

1:20 set 0:20 break x 3 of the following:

  • 25#kb American Hammer
  • Sit ups with 10# med ball, with a bounce off wall at top of rep
  • Squat jumps
  • Wall sits
  • Merkins
  • Jump rope
  • Battle rope slams

Following the completion of AMRAP we concluded The Thang with YHC favorite game, Paper-Rock-Scissors

Four corners, where the winner sends others, were:

  • Burpees
  • Squats
  • Merkins
  • Mtn Climbers (I think)
