An alternative to a virtual Spartan

We are splitting Sweatshop into 2 Q's due to the numbers of people regularly showing up for the premiere evening workout in the Lake Norman area. Hawkeye was the other Q and took a group on a 5K Virtual Spartan race while I chose to do more of a usual bootcamp evening.

The Warm-Up

     10 SSH (number reduced for the Spartan folks)

     10 Mountain Climbers

     Stretching

     Spartan folks then took off

     15 Imperial Storm Troopers

     Arm stretching

The Thang – Mosey to DUMC then grabbing a paver and 2 bricks

     All exercises dine with slow counts to use full range of motion and better technique

     20 curls

     20 skull crushers

     20 bent over rows

     20 bench presses

     15 plank rows with bricks

Take a lap

     Same as above but 15 count and plank punches rather than plank rows

Take a lap

     10 count and plank rows again

Take a lap

     5 count and plank punches again

Take a lap

     25 Arnolds with bricks

     20 Jab Cross Uppercut Uppercut with bricks

     20 plank jacks

Mosey to new city building

     Peoples chair with arms out straight for 45 seconds followed by 20 air presses

Mosey back to the green for our COT

We did hang around long enough for the hawkeye led group to return and have a full group COT.

     We have a few members who are going through some difficult times with family members. Keep them in your thoughts

     The Hangover did drop by for some second F but a couple of rain drops concerned him.

     But seriously, we all wish The Hangover the best as he embarks on his new adventure as a member of the Army's Judge Advocate General corps.
