YHC wore a long sleeve cotton shirt to go along with the suckiness that is the Michigan. Please note, this exercise is aptly named after the university that sucks beyond all comprehension. However, in the gloom we embrace the suck and move forward.
4 PAX mosey'd up the parking lot, down the trail and around the backside of the track then proceeded to circle up to get warmed-up. All exercises done in cadence unless noted.

10 'Mericans to conclude Michigan
Oh wait, 1 last 100-yard ALL OUT sprint to emphasize the suck. Conclude Michigan for real this time.

RECOVER
What an incredibly humid morning. My long sleeve cotton shirt (dumb idea) was soaked, Mayhem's racer back tank was moist under his t-shirt and Uncle Rico emptied 3.7 liters of water from one headband.
Moses is really starting to get the hang of this running/being fast thing. Sure hope he keeps training to get better at it. Some day he'll progress from the six… Just a blatant lie. He should be renamed Usain.
Awesome effort by Uncle Rico and Mayhem with the double down. Strong work!
Thanks for the push this morning and thanks to Moses for taking us out. I had every excuse not to be out there this morning but knowing there were other PAX wanting to get better gave me the motivation needed. From there it is history. I appreciate what you all do to inspire me and I admire the support you all provide for one another. A true brotherhood!
