Mosie to bottom of Deck

The Thang:

List of exercises posted on wall.  Perform one exercise.  Then run up the steps to top of deck and run down ther ramps to bottom again.  Perform next exercise.  Repeat until time is called.

Exercises:

10 Burpees

20 Squats

20 Mercans

30 LBC's

20 Lunges (10 each leg)

30 Dips

30 Flutter Kicks

10 Jump Squats

20 Carolina Dry Docks

30 W’s

10 Diamond Mercans

20 WWII Situps

10 Burpees

1 minute elbow plank at end to buy some time

Thanks to Tweetsie for putting me in the rotation.  I was needing some motivation to get back in the swing of this thing.

Chatter was loud at warm-up, but ground almost to a halt in the thang (ALMOST!!)
