Grab two bricks and circle-up
The (Brickmas Tree Kind of) Thang:
- Round 1: 5 burpees (with bricks)
- Round 2: 10 merkins (w/b), 5 burpees (w/b)
- Round 3: 2 men grab a 60 lb. sand bag, run approx. 250 yards to the rails on Poetry Lane, 15 Australian pull-ups, run back with sand bags, 10 merkins (w/b), 5 burpees (w/b)
- Round 4: Next 2 men grab a 60 lb. sand bag, run approx. 250 yards to the rails on Poetry Lane, 20 dips, 15 Australian pull-ups, run back with sand bags, 10 merkins (w/b), 5 burpees (w/b)
- Round 5: 25 Carolina Dry Docks (w/b), next 2 men grab a 60 lb. sand bag, run approx. 250 yards to the rails on Poetry Lane, 20 dips, 15 Australian pull-ups, run back with sand bags, 10 merkins (w/b), 5 burpees (w/b)
- Round 6: If you ran with the sandbags, pick them back up, otherwise w/b: 30 squats, 25 Carolina Dry Docks (w/b), next 2 men grab a 60 lb. sand bag, run approx. 250 yards to the rails on Poetry Lane, 20 dips, 15 Australian pull-ups, run back with sand bags, 10 merkins (w/b), 5 burpees (w/b)
- Round 6: If you ran with the sandbags, pick them back up, otherwise w/b: 30 squats, 25 Carolina Dry Docks (w/b), next 2 men grab a 60 lb. sand bag, run approx. 250 yards to the rails on Poetry Lane, 20 dips, 15 Australian pull-ups, run back with sand bags, 10 merkins (w/b), 5 burpees (w/b)
- Round 7: 60 lunges (w/b), 55 LBCs (w/b), 50 SSHs (w/b), 45 mason twists (w/b), 40 arm curls in People’s Chair (w/b) – held PC for additional 30 seconds, 1 minute plank, if you ran with the sandbags, pick them back up, otherwise w/b: 30 squats, 25 Carolina Dry Docks (w/b), next 2 men grab a 60 lb. sand bag, run approx. 250 yards to the rails on Poetry Lane, 20 dips, 15 Australian pull-ups, run back with sand bags, 10 merkins (w/b), 5 burpees (w/b)
Moleskin:
- FNG1 is Pearl – need to get him signed up on the website, he’s a veteran now.
- The president of “The People’s Republic” wandered into the workout today and was sometimes heard out loud wondering why he did that …
- Offered the sandbags for lunges toanyone interested in round 7 … no takers.
- Many thanks to Mini Me for EH’ing me 3+ years ago at a Mt. Zion “Journey” men’s breakfast – he’s very dreamy (the dreamiest). Can’t imagine life without the intensity and thoroughness that each of the 3 F’s to drive me. Each of us has been blessed to be called to this group, take what you have been given and serve your community each and every day.
