My plan of a continuous DORA was not well thought out so we tried something in the Business park that was DORA like. Using rocks and partnering up we did curls, chest presses, squats, skull crushers, etc while Soprano circled us with countless core exercises. We “Mary’s” back to base so Soprano could keep up
