Make our way to the track.

1.High Knees to the 50

10% Sprint to the end zone

Max Bear Crawl/ Lung to the 0 yard line

Sprint to the 50/ Mosey to the end zone 

Karaoke to the 0 yard line swapping directions halfway

2.High Knees to the 50

Sprint to the end zone 

Max Bear Crawl/ Lung to the 0 yard line

Sprint to the 50/ Mosey to the end zone 

3.Repeat for 1 more lap

4.Sprint to the 50 Mosey to the middle of the turn and do lunges to the 0.

Sprint to the 50 msoey to the end zone

Karaoke to the 0 yard line

5.Sprint to the 50/ Mosey to the 0 yard line

Sprint to the 50/ Mosey to the end zone

Karaoke to the 0 yard line

6 Spint to the 50/ Mosey all the way around back to the 0

7 Get around the track as fast as you can. 

I may have missed a couple steps on the BB blast. We pretty much started with some sprints and exercises and then worked our way down to Sprints and Mosey. Got a little over 2 miles in.
