25 Gloom Warriors came out and got after it in the shadow of the Birkdale Theatre. We welcomed 2nd post FNG Rob O'Donnell (NKA – Jameson). We had two RESPECTS – WD – Zuul and Riverboat, and two triple hates – Little Ben and WB – Hallelujah.
The lights were lit and the scripts were passed out – and things went something like this

Sprints (apprx 40 yrds) x 5
Lunge walk up the hill towards the parking ramp – gather at the bottom of the ramp
On your six – legs extended and up 6 inches – spell out your full name with your feet
After your first name – run a lap up the ramp and down the stairs
After your middle name – 2 laps (those with no middle name spelled HOLIDAY)
After your last name – 3 laps

Partner Up for Wheelbarrows up the ramp – switch half way up
Break into two groups
Group one ran 1/2 way down the ramp, quadrafeelia'd up to the top, then ran all the way down and started jump squats
Group two did jump squats at the top until group one ran down the ramp – and followed with quadrafeelia, and descent.
