2. "Heavy" work w/4 bricks each.

a. Curls (x15/16/17)

b. Shoulder Press (same)

c. Skull Crushers (same)

Incline Jog to Pain Station…

3. Decline Core:

a. Low Flutter/High Flutter/Scissor Flutter (15/17/20)

b. Mason Twist/J-Low/Mason Twist (same)

c. Dying Coackroach/LBC/Dying Coakrach (same)

 

Return Jog for 1 Minute of Mary (Yes, I'm that good)
