20 reps of the following exercises:
- 1,1,2 Curls
- Boat Press
- Derkins
- Overhead Pull Crunch
- 1,1,2 Hammer
- Bridge Fly
- Alternating Arm to Toe
- Bridge Bench
- Tricep Kickback
- Clean Press
Pinky and Slow Roll exchange stories of engine lights coming on and rental cars. Apparently rentals aren’t what they used to be, lol. Ski Shot was a work of art, bit of suprise to Jen. Natty may work on a way to get pint glasses in a ski for usage with your favorite brew. Sounds like a great plan to me. Great work men!
