7 out for a beatdown in the gazebo

Dumbbell workout began with warm up exercises and stretching,

20 reps of the following exercises:

  • 1,1,2 Curls
  • Boat Press
  • Derkins 
  • Overhead Pull Crunch
  • 1,1,2 Hammer
  • Bridge Fly
  • Alternating Arm to Toe
  • Bridge Bench
  • Tricep Kickback
  • Clean Press

Pinky and Slow Roll exchange stories of engine lights coming on and rental cars.  Apparently rentals aren’t what they used to be, lol.  Ski Shot was a work of art, bit of suprise to Jen.  Natty may work on a way to get pint glasses in a ski for usage with your favorite brew.   Sounds like a great plan to me.  Great work men!
