The Thang
Timer was we carried the 100# sandbag from playground to other playground and back, while the other does Block curls, block squats, skull crushers, Trifectas, kickstand dead lifts, We switched until we both did both and carried the 100lb sandbag 5 times. **Hardest part was getting the bag on our shoulders***
Round 2 we decided to do 20 steps ups since the bag was tough with just the two of us. Other PAX did Block curls, block squats, skull crushers, Trifectas, incline push-ups.
Round 4 repeat round 2
Finished strong and returned to AO and finished up with 20 flutter kicks in Cadence and 20 Russian twins in cadence.

It was great to see Anvil show up since it would have been really tough moving the sandbag around by myself. He's still the beast that never slows down.
Half way through our workout we had a FNG-1 show up and worked through one set with us. We invited him to join us for other work outs. He's from the neighborhood and has seen us workout before. He seam to like it so keeping my fingers crossed.
