Run to Q's garage for some weights. 2.3 miles – took the long way.
Weights: 3X through the following:
- Standing Curls X 10 – Olympic Bar / 65 lbs
- 8's – 45 lb plate – 8X curls, 8X shoulder presses, 8X bent row
- Isolated Single Arm Curls 10X / arm – incline bench – 25 to 30 lb dumbells
- Pull-up's X 10 (on the new Tower of Power)
- Bent Rows X 10 – Curl bar w/35's
Run – 1.7 miles (4 miles total + good lift – solid!)
Moleskin:
- Question of the day (and perhaps the year)……how do we energize MIL F3??? Numbers have dropped with some injuries and sickness but we haven't had any FNG's in a long time. Are the early workouts a deterrent because people are WFH during COVID? Saturday is a later workout and numbers are low there too. Should we have an "open house" type of event with some fellowship (not at 530am) to introduce some newer folks? Give it some thought fellas – let's keep talking about it at our workouts and on the text string. F3 has been a game changer for me physically, mentally and spirtually……look forward to continuing it and introducing it to others.
