The Thang:
Option 1: 4×1200's around the Gaga hood. Not gonna lie, this is probably my favorite of the Gaga speed segments. Less uphill than the 1000 and 1600 segments. Everyone crushed it today, including the FNG Chris who, as we found out, is fast.
Option 2: Big Montana and Billy Bob are on the "Alternate" Hansons Plan…they ran 12×400's today. Billy Bob is apparently looking for help from Snoopy
Option 3: EZ – Not sure where they went, or how far they ran, but Dingo, 9Lives and Royale took off on an EZ route (per Strava, down Nantz Road). That's the beauty of Gaga…so many options !
