To the back playground to grab blocks and move them to from playground. Return to back playground.
Partner up for 50 hanging toe touch and partner planks until your feet hit the ground and does 10 burpee.
Grab the metal bar and tire for some parking lot fun. Half the PAX did bear crawl while one person did 10 tire flips and then rotated. The other half carried the post back and forth across the parking lot. Then swap.
Double hill run with 10 burpee at one end and 10IC X & O’s at the other.
Bear crawl tire flip (2 flips) rotation across parking lot.
Monkey walk across the parking lot and back
Barrel roll across parking lot and back
Return bar and tire then meet at the blocks in the front playground.
Half the PAX did 46 Wooly Worms while the other half did block trifectas then traded.
Return the blocks
