The promise of pork sandwiches post workout brought out 8 of Mountain Island’s finest for an early morning workout. Little did they know they would need to work for those sandwiches.
Warmorama consisted of a combination of Side Straddle Hops, Cherry Pickers, Toy Soldier and Man-Maker Merkins.
Mosey to the site of the main event (~0.5 miles each way).

- Good to have a little of 2nd F post the workout, enjoying the pork sandwiches. I think this is Grip’s favorite workout.
