Apparently instructions were too General at the General

Today 22 of LKN's finest and 2 others posted at the General.

5:00 standard with a Turbo (who has his name for multiple reasons), Big Montana, Hoodie, Hacker, and Dingo.

Warmorama: At 5:30 we promptly continued our patriotism this week taking in the star spangled banner while focusing on the shovel flag and followed it up with the pledge.  A great way to start any day!

From there we started to mosey, butt kick, high knees, and carioca around the parking lot.  We cirlced up and I disclaimed any and all responsibility and we went into side straddle hop, imperial storm trooper, windmill, toy soldier, merkins, and mountain climbers.

Thang:

We headed down to the wall for 2 rounds of people's chair, balls to the wall, muhamad Alis.

Mosey past the gate and we planked. 10 merkins in cadence and quadrophilia up the hill about 75 yards.  More planking, 10 more merkins in cadence.  Finished the run to Westmorland with more planking and 10 more merkins in cadence.

Mosey to the rock pile and pick a partner and a rock. Amrap of 1 partner doing curls while the other partner ran to the cross street and did 3 burpies.  Cycle through with curls, skull crusher, squats, and chest press with low flutter.  Round 2 repedo but instead of running the partner without a rock did 10 WWII situps.  One extra round of curls to prep for the pool and lake this weekend.

Mosey to playground for 2 rounds of 10 pullups and 20 dips.

Mosey to Mary spot for 15 crunchy frogs in cadence.

Moleskin:

Lots of good work today and a great group.  Magnus knows how to treat his PAX with on site coffeteria each week and today some extra special and much needed ice was brought by Omega.  This Dingo was especially appreciative as it was my first attempt at a standard and beatdown Q.  I thought 102% humidity and 78 degree start was just the day to do it and it about took me out, iced coffee was just what I needed at 6:18!  Thanks to the fellas who came out in response to my text.  We did learn the limits of comprehension of some pax today.  I try to not make things too complicated with qing but somehow it was hard to figure out that the person doing 10 WWII situps is the timer and the other partner doing an unspecified number of rock exercises is not the timer.  I will do my best to included more instructions and diagrams nexttime.  Confusion followed to the pullup and dip portion of the workup but at that point the Q was focusing on not merlowing and figured the PAX could handle the confusing themselves.  Thanks to all those who planked quickly at each promting today.  If everyone had followed your lead we would have had a few more minutes of mary!  Thanks for the opportunity to lead this am Magnus and thanks to Auto for the nudge to get me out all those years ago and the constant support ever since!
