Spades = Jump Lunges (2 is 1)
Diamonds = Sit Ups

Clubs = Air Squats

Jokers = 15 Burpees

Rep breakdown – Face value for number cards, Ace = 1, Jacks = 11, Queens = 12, & Kings = 13

Small Capri lap every five minutes.  Timer starts when back from lap.

We got thru the whole deck so 91 Push ups, Jump lunges, Sit ups, & Air squats, 30 Burpees, and 5 mosey laps

-Iron Horse flatters Sparrow and YHC with the distinguishing title of strongest men at Mustang (doesn’t matter we were the only other ones there)

-Sparrow was silently hoping for a third Joker to appear in the deck

-Prayers up for those not there and Niko (sp?) family friend of Iron Horse that has some physical challenges needing prayers
