ARMY 243 years old today!!!
9 men came out to celebrate the US Army turning 243 years old. So the best way to celebrate is with the official/ unofficial US ARMT PT test!! We all got to see where we stand compared to the current US ARMY. But as you can see below we all need some work except maybe for that super soldier Red October!!! But even Red October needs some work, next time run a 13:36 and 76 sit-ups and you will be the next Capt. America. Haha, just kidding good job today. But it was nice for everyone to show except when Mona Lisa decided to make his dramatic as usual entrance and show up late. But that’s nothing new right Mona Lisa? So after Mona blessed us we were able to get started on the military inspired warm up but not after some good old fashion mumble chatter and story time about Iron Mike and how this large statue of an ex-general sits at Ft. Benning greeting all new infantry men to infantry school.
Once we got our stretch in and 2 mile run down and great effort by all I thought we lost one of our comrades, nacho Libre went AWOL and we think he went behind red October’s tank of a truck to throw up his nachos from the night before but might have decided that PT test are for wimps and said he was going on R&R. But we know what he was really doing. Glad he made it out safe and every one was able to finish the 2 Mile run, next up was the Push-ups and Sit-ups.
Oh late addition!!! Can’t forget about the FNG that appeared but as first glance we all thought was jenny that showed but found this guy was in better shape than jenny so we dismissed that idea quickly. So after finding out he came by himself he quickly made 8 great friends and also after some info gathering Jedi came up with the name “Headlock”. It seemed appropriate seeing that this is a week to bring in new FNGs and kotters. So welcome Headlock!!!
Below are results of the PT test, now we all know what to improve on. Remember 100 points is max for each station. 150 total points between all 3 is needed to graduate boot camp. If you max out your new name in F3 will be Capt. America.

Good job everyone, you all killed it except for myself, had to skip the sit-up portion due to an old hockey injury from Sunday. Well not old but a few days old.
We all know what to improve on and good luck…
AATW!!! Airborne all the way!!!
