Army of One


10 Pax went you v. you at Hollywood, mostly.

Each man grabbed a pair of brick pavers and kept them in hand for the entire workout.  Here’s a brief synopsis.

We moseyed to the end of the road by the bridge to the gazebo for warm-o-rama.

It was: slow squat, alternating reverse lunges, jump-squats, slow ‘Mericans, the curl, 

Moseyed across the bridge to the low brick wall:

Wall squats, step-ups, decline ‘Mericans, hammer curls, triceps kick-backs, reuglar ‘Mericans, The “W”

We then moseyed back to the gazebo and across the troll bridge:

a few more paver exercises finished round 1, then we went to ramp #2.

There, after People’s Chair we partnered for 3 rounds of ramp runs with curls, squats and chest press  

We moseyed back to launch for 10 paver burpees and a double recover.

  1. Everyone had a nice time with their pavers
  2. No one thinks pavers at Java is a good idea
  3. We’ll find out tomorrow.
