If you haven't heard the news, everything appears to be shutting down. Schools, restaurants (except for delivery and take-out), and all of our favorite sporting events as well. But nothing could keep the faithful six (6) from meeting up at Arnies Army for a good olde' "No Run" workout.

Little Finger, it's great to see you still coming out regulary even though you have an injured achillies; you got to love a no run work out and a knee scooter.
Auto, Tuffy, and Roadie, there appeared to be a fair amount of mumble chatter this moring. I can't decide if the workout was hard enough or that was your way of slowing down the number of exercises we completed. Either way, its terrific to see you guys, keep up th egood work.
