12 pax took the red pill and posted for a Memorial Day Murph at Arnie's Army, which was officially open for the first time since March. We kept our distance, but pushed ourselves and each other to complete the following:
- 1 mile run
- 100 pullups
- 200 'merican pushups
- 300 squats
- 1 mile run

- Thankful for these men and for F3. We've done the responsible thing throughout this period, and will continue to do so. Thanks, guys.
- Eeyore brought out a friend and neighbor, Scott, who made his first post today at a Murph. Not an easy task, as he had to work hard and call some cadence right out of the gate. Strong work, Scott….. come back and get your name.
- Great to see some faces I hadn't seen in a while, perhaps in part due to quarantine, but regardless, great to see them and hope to see them again soon.
- We observed the Gnarly Goat Memorial Day Murph tradition of naming a veteran during our circle. Lot of pax family members named today. Thanks to all of them for their selfless service to our country.
