YHC wasn't sure if the low turnout was due to my late (9pm Sunday) preblast, the earlier start time (now that the pax are accustomed to later launches), or the announcement that Bogey would be Qing at a special Monday edition of Blender, but in any event, Roadie showed, and the two of us got some 1st F followed by some 2nd F.

- Thanks to Roadie for the accountability this morning. He had texted YHC the evening before to confirm the launch time, which reminded me that I had not yet sent out a preblast. Grateful to have been able to get this workout in, and to have had good company for it.
- Roadie was still recovering from an ultimate game this past weekend, and half-joked upon arriving about skipping the workout and heading straight for coffee. We still worked out, but decided to finish up a few minutes early and head to Starbucks for some 2nd F, where we linked up with several other F3ers who had attended other workouts. All in all, a great morning.
