Arnold Palmers for Breakfast anyone???

What can be better than the Sea biscuit and the IBS Friday workout? Combine the two for the "Arnold Palmer" (Coined by our friend Pdiddy). 10 Pax were ready to try the combination of the two (including Drumstick and Tin Man – not noted above). Pdiddy was so excited, he opted out of stretching and hit the ground running to the track. There was mumbling of "crazy" & "what are we doing" along the way, but these questions have been poked and proded for four years now.

Meet at the Green – ~ 5:10 a.m. launch

 

Jog to the track for the first half of the Seabiscuit (4 laps, 3 laps, 2 laps, 1 lap – 10 pullups, 20 pushups, 30 squats between each segment of laps)

 

Jog to Lake Norman Christian to the Pull Up Bars (10 Pullups, 20 Push- ups, 30 Squats)

 

Jog to DUMC for Paver workout (10 Squats, 20 Press, 30 Curls)

 

Alternate between Lake Norman Christian segment & DUMC segment, until ~ 6:10 a.m. Head back to the Green

Moleskin: Duvall and OBC were sporting "Pull ups" as usual….. there is discussion if Squiggy has Mechanical Limbs. As always, a motivating and humbling experience to share the Gloom with these great men.
