Around the Horn @ Muscle Beach

5 at Muscle Beach this AM. Early text from Tigre that he couldn’t make it. Group effort. Went around the horn and each called 2 exercises first time through and 3 the second. Tigre has these boys trained at the 20 rep level. Good calls and lots of solid chatter throughout. Pinky and Slow little EC with 5k@5am. Awesome start to the day fellas. Feel better Tigre.
