Concept was to do as Much as you can with each exercise performed until failure. Which turns out to be a little less each time of course.
Round 1 (Repeated twice):
Pull Ups/Air Chair – Then Bear Crawl as far as you can towards the front AO
Round 2 (Repeated twice):
Hanging Pull-Ups/Low Dollies – Repeato Bear Crawl
Round 3 (Repeated twice):
Hanging Knee-Ups/Block Skull Crushers – Repeato Bear Crawl
Round 4 (Repeated twice):
Australian Rows/Block Shoulder Press – Repeato Bear Crawl

Reflection:
As little or as much as you can. That was today's workout, and just like in life, we can always do as little or as much as we can. It's a choice we make. We all do as much as we can for things we like to do, sometimes with mostly selfish intentions. How much are we doing as little as we can each day? Are those things that we are doing as little as we can the exact things that we should be doing a much as we can on? Deep thoughts.
Moleskine:
– Anvil proves everytime to be a beast. I think he is still bear crawling as I type this. Great to see you brother.
– Cheetah joins us during Round 2 and makes up for it by bear crawling to the fountain and back (I think)
– Dandelion kept saying things like: "I don't want to do that because I have to run tomm." Man has he changed!
– Shirley bore the brunt of several Skipper cropdusting events during the bear crawls. He weathered the storm well but I doubt he'll ever be the same.
